We’re Hiring: Supply Chain & Office Coordinator
Sky Distribution is a New Zealand-based distributor, managing both domestic sales and export markets.
We’re looking for a bilingual (English + Mandarin) Supply Chain & Office Coordinator to join our team. This role covers a mix of supply chain operations and office coordination, supporting both local and international business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer orders (domestic & export), ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilmentCoordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouses for smooth logistics and inventory managementPrepare shipping and customs documentation for import/export complianceMaintain accounts payable/receivable records and follow up on paymentsAnalyse sales and supply chain data, prepare reports, and flag any issuesSupport day-to-day office administration and vendor coordination
Requirements
2+ years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or office operationsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailProficient in Excel and comfortable with data analysisFluent in both English and MandarinKnowledge of local and international trade processes preferred
