中国南方航空股份有限公司简称“中国南方航空”或“南方航空”，英文名称为China Southern Airlines，简称CSN，是中国南方航空集团有限公司控股的运输航空公司，总部位于广东省广州市。新西兰市场是南航国际重点市场，作为首个开通中国大陆和新西兰之间定期客运航线的航空公司，中国南方航空2011年4月开通广州奥克兰定期客运航线，2015年12月开通广州基督城定期客运航线，在过去的5年里，南航共运送了54万乘客往返于中国和新西兰之间。一是以公司着力打造的以人性化、数字化、精细化、个性化、便捷化为特征的“五化”服务为标准，为新西兰市场旅客提供“亲和精细”的一流服务，实现广州国际中转一票到底、行李直挂，航延引导、快速改签及免费中转住宿等服务；二是全面落实实施枢纽战略，利用南航丰富的航线网络，通达国内120多个城市，国际52个国家及地区，通过“广州”枢纽让新西兰与全球各地连接。 因公司业务需要，现公开招聘相关岗位人员，具体情况如下：
职位一：基督城航线地勤南航基督城-广州航线将于2025年11月1日增班运营，每周5-7班。因业务发展需要，在现有团队的基础上再公开招聘基督城航线地勤人员一名。1、岗位性质：短期合同（Fixed term），合同周期：2025年10月01日至2026年3月31日2、工作地点：基督城国际机场3、工作时间：根据航班起降时间确定，每周40小时。4、应聘条件：（1）拥有本科（Bachelor/Level 7）或以上学历（2）中英文流利（3）须为NZ Permanent Resident或NZ Citizen（4）有航空公司或相关工作经验者优先。5、工作职责：Job Responsibilities：（1）从事南航基督城机场航班的运行、保障、服务工作；Engage in ground operation and service in Christchurch Airport ;（2）与南航协作单位，包括基督城机场、地面代理、配餐公司、机组酒店、机组车公司等进行业务方面的沟通、协调；Communicate with our suppliers such as the airport, ground service agent, catering, crew hotel and shuttle bus, etc；（3）整理相关业务文件、做好相关数据统计；Engage in documentary and data analysis;（4）按当地当局及公司的相关规定，进行必要的各种培训工作；Proceed training programme according to relevant rules and regulations;（5）旅客投诉处理、明珠会员发展及维护、不正常行李处置等；Deal with complaint, sky pearl club member involvement and maintenance, luggage issues, etc.;（6）其它配合工作。Other related tasks.
职位二：奥克兰航线地勤南航奥克兰-广州航线将于2025年12月增班运营，每周14班，因业务发展需要，在现有团队的基础上再公开招聘奥克兰航线地勤人员一名。1、岗位性质：长期合同（Permanent）,合同开始日期：2025年11月01日。2、工作地点：奥克兰国际机场3、工作时间：根据航班起降时间确定，每周40小时。4、应聘条件：（1）拥有本科（Bachelor/Level 7）或以上学历（2）中英文流利（3）须为NZ Permanent Resident或NZ Citizen（4）有航空公司或相关工作经验者优先5、工作职责：Job Responsibilities：（1）从事南航在奥克兰国际基础航班的运行、保障、服务工作；Engage in ground operation and service in Auckalnd Airport ;（2）与南航协作单位，包括机场、地面代理、配餐公司、机组酒店、机组车公司等进行业务方面的沟通、协调；Communicate with our suppliers such as the airport, ground service agent, catering, crew hotel and shuttle bus, etc；（3）整理相关业务文件、做好相关数据统计；Engage in documentary and data analysis;（4）按当地当局及公司的相关规定，进行必要的各种培训工作；Proceed training programme according to relevant rules and regulations;（5）旅客投诉处理、明珠会员发展及维护、不正常行李处置等；Deal with complaint, sky pearl club member involvement and maintenance, luggage issues, etc.;（6）其它配合工作。Other related tasks.
职位三：货运服务管理南航在新西兰市场在原来的货运服务上，新增了货机航线，每周2班，现在因业务发展需要，在现有的货运团队基础上再公开招聘货运服务人员一名。1、岗位性质：短期合同（Fixed term），合同周期：2025年10月01日至2026年8月31日。2、工作地点：奥克兰国际机场&南航市区办公室。3、工作时间：根据工作需要确定，每周40小时。4、应聘条件：（1）拥有本科（Bachelor/Level 7）或以上学历（2）中英文流利（3）须为NZ Permanent Resident或NZ Citizen（4）有货机保障、货运物流服务相关工作经验者优先。5、工作技能：Work Skills：（1）大学本科或同等以上学历；Bachelor's degree or equivalent;（2）具备积极、细致的工作态度和良好的团队合作意识；Possess a proactive, detail-oriented work attitude and strong team cooperation awareness;（3）具备良好的英语和中文沟通能力(听说读写)，能够向相关工作人员提供明确、及时的口头或书面指示；Possess strong English and Chinese communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), and able to provide clear and timely verbal or written instructions to relevant personnel;（4）能够适应夜班、周末及节假日轮班；Able to work night shifts, weekends, and public holiday rotations;（5）能够通过 Aviation航空业安全背景检查。Able to pass aviation industry security background checks。6、工作职责：Job Responsibilities： （1）对货机货舱、操作设备、机坪作业、仓储环境等进行安全检查；Conduct safety inspections of cargo aircraft holds, handling equipment, ramp operations, and warehouse environments;（2）监督和协调地面操作代理对货物实施装卸、固定和存储等工作； Supervise and coordinate ground handling agents in carrying out cargo loading, securing, and storage operations；（3）与机组人员、货站和调度中心等相关部门保持良好沟通；Maintain effective communication with crew members, cargo terminals, and the dispatch center;（4）协调相关资源，处理突发情况，保障航班按时起降；Coordinate relevant resources and handle emergencies to ensure on-time flight departures and arrivals;（5）准确填写相关单据和货运操作记录；Accurately complete relevant documents and cargo operation records;（6）航前、航后的数据统计、上传、归档。并确认机组API和APP信息的报送；Collect, upload, and archive pre-flight and post-flight data, and ensure the submission of crew API and APP information；（7）负责客机航班腹舱的监装、监卸工作；Responsible for supervising the loading and unloading of passenger aircraft belly cargo；（8）货运日常进港资料管理，包括进港资料整理归纳，在货物出现少收、多收、破损等异常情况下，及时收集相关资料并进行后续跟进直至问题解决；Manage daily inbound cargo documentation, including sorting and organizing records; in cases of discrepancies such as under-received, over-received, or damaged cargo, promptly collect relevant documents and follow up until the issue is resolved；（9）ULD 管理,负责 ULD 盘存工作,每周进行 CPM 数据比对，及时提醒并跟进本场 ULD 超量情况；Manage ULDs, responsible for ULD inventory; perform weekly CPM data reconciliation and promptly notify and follow up on any ULD overages at the station;（10）货运销售组织：日常客户走访，市场需求收集等。Cargo Sales Organization: routine customer visits, market demand collection, etc.
