Tai Ping is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, inventory management, staff supervision, and ensuring efficient warehouse processes to support our growing business.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee daily warehouse operationsSupervise and support the warehouse teamCoordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goodsMonitor inventory accuracy and organise regular stocktakesEnsure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with Health & Safety requirementsWork closely with the Purchasing, Sales, and Logistics teamsImprove warehouse efficiency and operational performance
Requirementsroven experience in warehouse management or a similar roleStrong leadership and team management skillsGood understanding of inventory control and warehouse operationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentGood communication and problem-solving skillsExperience with warehouse management systems is preferredForklift Licence and Full NZ Driver Licence are advantageous
