ProModule Limited is a growing residential construction and property development company delivering high-quality projects throughout Auckland. We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Maintenance & Compliance Coordinator to join our team and support our maintenance operations and building compliance processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance CoordinationReceive and manage maintenance requests from homeowners, clients, and project teams.Assess and prioritise maintenance requests.Coordinate and assign maintenance jobs to the appropriate internal staff or subcontractors.Monitor job progress and ensure maintenance works are completed within agreed timeframes.Follow up with clients and contractors to ensure satisfactory completion.Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare regular status reports.Coordinate warranty-related maintenance works.
Compliance CoordinationPrepare and compile documentation required for Code Compliance Certificate (CCC) applications.Submit CCC applications to Auckland Council.Liaise with Auckland Council regarding CCC applications and inspection requirements.Coordinate with internal departments, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain outstanding compliance documentation.Maintain project compliance registers and ensure documentation is complete and submitted on time.Assist the Project Management team with consent documentation and project close-out requirements.
Skills & ExperienceApplicants should have:Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in construction administration, maintenance coordination, project coordination, compliance, or a similar role.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.High attention to detail.Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.Experience working with Auckland Council processes is advantageous.Experience within the New Zealand construction industry is preferred.
Essential RequirementsMust have the legal right to work in New Zealand.Full New Zealand Driver Licence (preferred).Ability to communicate professionally with clients, contractors, consultants, and council officers.Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred.

合规协调准备及整理申请 Code Compliance Certificate(CCC,竣工合格证) 所需文件。向奥克兰市议会提交 CCC 申请。与奥克兰市议会沟通 CCC 申请及检查事项。与项目经理、建筑师、结构工程师、顾问、分包商及供应商协调,收集所需文件。建立及维护项目合规文件档案,确保资料完整并按时提交。协助项目经理完成建筑许可及项目竣工相关文件工作。
任职要求申请人需具备:至少 2 年相关工作经验(建筑行政、维修协调、项目协调、建筑合规或类似岗位)。良好的组织协调及时间管理能力。优秀的沟通能力及客户服务意识。能同时管理多个项目及任务。工作细心,责任心强。熟悉 Microsoft Office 办公软件。有新西兰建筑行业经验者优先。熟悉奥克兰市议会 CCC 流程者优先。
基本要求必须拥有合法的新西兰工作权利。持有新西兰全驾照者优先。能与客户、分包商、建筑师、工程师及市议会专业沟通。能够熟练使用英语及普通话(中英文双语)者优先考虑。
