About the RoleWe're looking for a reliable and organised Administration & Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ōtāhuhu. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting daily operations across customer service, order processing, logistics coordination, and general office administration.If you're someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and getting the details right, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Be DoingProcessing customer orders and invoices accurately and efficientlyCoordinating outbound freight and keeping customers updated on deliveriesActing as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming callsSupporting the operations and sales teams with day-to-day adminManaging office supplies and coordinating equipment maintenanceMaintaining accurate data across our systems and portals
What We're Looking ForExperience in administration, customer service, or a similar support roleStrong attention to detail and good communication skillsAble to manage multiple tasks in a busy environmentComfortable with Microsoft Office and general computer systemsExperience in FMCG, warehousing, or distribution is a bonus — but not essential
