1. Architecture bachlor degree with at least 1 year of working experience.
2. Familiar with Unitary Plan, 3604, Resource Consent, and Building Consent experience.
3. Familiar with Revit, CAD, rendering software, etc..。
4. Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent written email and phone communication skills.
