Job Summary
The Client Relations Manager is responsible for building and maintaining long-termrelationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with company products and services,and supporting business growth through effective account management and clientengagement strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.Oversee customer service operations to ensure compliance with company policiesand financial regulations.Page 1Monitor service delivery standards and implement improvements where required.Manage and resolve complex or escalated client complaints and service issues.Coordinate with internal departments (finance, compliance, lending, risk,operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.Analyse client feedback and service performance data to improve operationalefficiency.Assist in developing customer retention and client engagement strategies.Ensure all client interactions comply with financial regulatory requirements andcompany compliance standards.Prepare reports on service performance, client satisfaction, and operationaloutcomes for senior management.
Job requirement: applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this jobDiploma in Business,Management,Finance,Commerce,or related field.ORMinimum 2 years of experience in customer service or client relationshipmanagement.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to resolve conflicts with professionalism and tact.
