Part-Time Online Sales Specialist? Auckland, New Zealand
?Part-Time Position—Monday to Friday, total 20 hrs week.Are you passionate about online sales and FMCG freshproduce?
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Online Sales Specialist tojoin our growing team!If you enjoy sales, customer communication, and working in afast-paced fresh produce environment, we’d love to hear from you.About the RoleAs our Online Sales Specialist, you will help grow andmanage our online sales business, support customers, coordinate logistics, andwork closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOnline Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute online sales strategies
Promote fresh produce products through online channels
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Support business growth and increase online sales performance
Sales Channel Management
Manage online sales platforms and customer orders
Maintain and optimize online sales channels
Improve customer experience and conversion rates
Customer Service & Order Processing
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
Maintain positive customer relationships
Logistics & Inventory Coordination
Arrange freight and logistics solutions for customers
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory forecasting
Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams
Sales Reporting & Promotions
Analyse sales data and prepare reports
Assist with promotional campaigns, discounts, and online marketing activities
Work with suppliers and external partners to support sales growth
Requirements
Passion for FMCG and fresh produce industry
Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese
Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Good analytical and problem-solving ability
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
