We are a well-established New Zealand manufacturer of complementary healthcare, natural health, and dairy-based nutritional products, supplying customers across Australia and New Zealand.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator – Planning to join our manufacturing and supply chain team. In this role, you will play an important part in keeping our production running smoothly helping to coordinate schedules, manage data, and ensure the right materials are available at the right time.

It’s also a strong pathway to further develop your career in operations within a regulated manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities· Work with different teams to support continuous improvement across planning and operations· Enter, manage, and analyse operational data to support better decision-making· Monitor inventory levels and stock movement to ensure materials are always available for production· Assist in developing and maintaining production schedules to keep manufacturing running efficiently· Coordinate with Production, Sales, Procurement, Planning, and Warehouse teams to align supply with customer demand· Support material planning by working with Procurement to ensure raw materials and packaging are available on time· Identify potential risks such as stock shortages or overstocking and help put solutions in place early· Maintain accurate records and help prepare reports used for planning and compliance purposes· Track production timelines and follow up on issues to ensure deadlines are met
About You· Fluent in English speaking· A tertiary qualification in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, Manufacturing, or a related field· 1 year experience in production planning, operations coordination, or supply chain (manufacturing experience in food, dairy, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical is an advantage), OR newly graduates are welcome· Good understanding of production planning, inventory control, and supply chain processes· Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data and reports· Experience with ERP or planning systems (preferred but not essential)· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities· Good communication skills and ability to work well across teams· A practical, problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
