Commercial Interior Project Manager（Fit-out）
Location: Auckland
We are a growing construction and interior fit-out company delivering high-end residential and commercial projects across Auckland. We are now looking for a capable and detail-oriented Commercial Interior Project Manager who understands both design and execution.

? Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end commercial interior fit-out projects
* Coordinate designers, factory, site team, and subcontractors
* Review drawings and ensure design is practical and buildable
* Oversee site progress, quality control, and H&S compliance
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

⭐ Key Skills & Requirements
* Strong experience in commercial interior fit-out / cabinetry / joinery projects
* Ability to read and understand design drawings (CAD / shop drawings)
* Good knowledge of materials (board, hardware, stone benchtops, finishes, etc.)
* Experience with take-off (拆单 / measure & quantity)
* Ability to prepare or review quotations and costing
* Strong coordination skills between design, factory, and site
* Familiar with NZ construction standards and council processes
* Fluent English required (Mandarin is an advantage)
