We are currently looking for a Night Shift Machine Operator – Softgel to join our team. In this role, you willbe responsible for operating softgel manufacturing machines and supporting theproduction of high-quality dietary supplements in a safe and compliantenvironment.

Shift
Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
KeyResponsibilities
Operate softgel manufacturing machines safely and efficiently. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), hygiene, and health & safety requirements. Ensure all products are made in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Monitor the production process and report any issues to the Supervisor. Handle raw materials and move them into the production area as required. Set up, clean, and maintain equipment and production lines. Carry out basic machine checks and support minor troubleshooting where needed. Complete production records, including batch documents and calculations (e.g., yield and reconciliation). Ensure products are packed and labelled accurately to a high standard. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and production rooms. Assist with training of team members when required. Follow instructions from the Production Supervisor at all times. Lift materials or products (up to 25 kg).
AboutYou
Reliable, punctual, and able to work night shifts. Strong focus on health and safety. Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work. Team player with a positive and proactive attitude. Mechanical aptitude or experience with machines is an advantage. Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not essential (training will be provided). No allergies to bee products or milk powder. Must be a NZ Citizen, Resident, or hold a valid NZ Work Visa.
