Job Opening: Branch Operations Manager

Application Email: [url=]orcapitalltd@gmail.com[/url]Stone Tech Ltd is seeking a capable and experienced Branch Operations Manager to manage and improve the day-to-day operations of our Auckland stone benchtop fabrication business.This is a key leadership role responsible for coordinating production, scheduling, fabrication, installation, quality control, customer communication, staff performance, and process improvement.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily branch operations, including production, scheduling, fabrication, delivery and installation.Coordinate workshop staff, installers, admin staff and sales team to ensure smooth job flow.Monitor job progress from order confirmation to final installation.Ensure quality standards, production timelines and customer service expectations are met.Handle operational issues, client enquiries, complaints and job follow-ups.Assist with staff training, workflow improvement and internal reporting.Support stock control, machinery status checks, health and safety procedures and branch performance.Report regularly to the Director and contribute to company growth and system improvement.
Requirements:Minimum 3 years of New Zealand-based operations management experience.Experience in construction, manufacturing, kitchen, joinery, stone, building materials or related industries is preferred.Strong English communication skills, equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or above.Strong leadership, planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage people, deadlines, client expectations and production pressure.Good computer skills and ability to work with job sheets, schedules, reports and internal systems.Full NZ driver licence preferred.Must have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
