We are a growing construction company based in Auckland, currently seeking motivated and skilled professionals to join our team.
Quantity Surveyor (QS)Key Responsibilities repare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentsManage project costs and track variationsLiaise with clients, contractors, and suppliersConduct site visits and progress assessmentsEnsure projects are delivered within budget
Requirements:Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction ManagementMinimum 2+ years of experience in a similar roleStrong knowledge of construction processes and contractsExcellent numerical and analytical skillsProficient in Excel and relevant QS softwareStrong communication and organizational skills
AccountantKey Responsibilities:Handle daily accounting operations, including AP/ARPrepare financial reports and statementsManage payroll and tax compliance (GST, PAYE, etc.)Assist with budgeting and financial planningLiaise with external accountants and auditors
Requirements egree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum 2+ years of accounting experienceFamiliar with New Zealand accounting standards and tax regulationsProficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB)Strong attention to detail and time management skills
