Casual Receptionist 前台接待（兼职）? Location / 工作地点：Synergy Sports, New LynnWorking Hours 工作时间This is a casual role with flexible, non-fixed hours. All shifts are optional, and staff can choose based on availability.
本职位为兼职（无固定工时），所有班次均为可选（optional），可根据个人时间灵活选择：Monday to Friday 周一至周五：2:00 PM – 6:00 PMMonday, Wednesday & Friday 周一、三、五：5:30 PM – 10:00 PMSaturday & Sunday 周六、周日：9:00 AM – 3:00 PM3:00 PM – 10:30 PM
You are not required to cover all shifts.
无需覆盖所有班次。Key Responsibilities 岗位职责Greet and assist customers, providing excellent service
接待客户，提供优质服务Handle cash and electronic payments accurately
处理现金及电子支付Monitor walk-in customers and follow up on unpaid usage if needed
管理临时到场客户，必要时跟进未付款情况Manage bookings and daily schedules
协调预订及日常排期Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area
保持前台整洁有序Answer calls and emails, assist with inquiries and bookings
处理电话及邮件咨询Support daily operations and team tasks
协助日常运营及团队工作
Requirements 岗位要求Responsible, detail-oriented, strong customer service skills
认真负责，细心，有服务意识Good bilingual communication skills （必须）
良好的中英文沟通能力Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
能多任务处理，适应快节奏Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
基础电脑操作能力（Word、Excel）Own transport, able to commute independently
有交通工具，可自行通勤Experience preferred (training provided if needed)
有经验优先（无经验可培训）Available to start immediately
可尽快入职Legal right to work in New Zealand
持有新西兰合法工作签证
