Customer Support & Digital Marketing Associate (Mandarin Speaking) – Entry Level

About the Role
We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking team member to join our Customer Support Team.
This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, has an interest in IT, and wants to develop both technical support and digital marketing skills.
You will:
Assist customers with broadband, VoIP, web hosting and router setup inquiriesTroubleshoot common technical issues (full training provided)Communicate with customers via phone, email and online channelsSupport digital marketing activities, including:
Content ideas and planningSocial media posting (Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, etc.)Basic media creation using tools such as Canva or GIMP
Collaborate with internal teams to follow up on unresolved issuesPerform general office and administrative duties as needed
What We're Looking ForFluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written)Cantonese is a plus but not requiredStrong communication and customer service mindsetEnjoys working in a team-focused environmentInterest in IT, telecommunications or networking (training provided)Ability to follow technical instructions and solve problemsPositive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detailNZ citizen or resident preferred (valid work visa holders also considered)
Nice to have (Not required)Basic understanding of broadband, VoIP or router configurationExperience with social media platforms (WeChat, Facebook, Instagram)Familiarity with Canva or GIMP (CapCut or other editing tools are a plus)Previous customer service experience
