This is a hands-on role combining compliance-related review with customer interaction and operational support. This role is suitable for junior candidates or those starting their career in financial services.Conduct onboarding review and KYC on new clients, place due diligence, and support onboarding decisions；Perform daily basic screening review;Handle account maintenance tasks such as account closures and profile updates;Support the customer service team by responding to client enquiries (online and offline) ;Manage local customer profiles and answer their inquiries about financial products and utility of our trading APP rovide general operational and administrative support to the local team.
About YouDetail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibilityAble to handle routine tasks efficiently while exercising sound judgementGood communication skills, both in Mandarin and EnglishComfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environmentPrior experience in KYC / onboarding / financial services is a strong plus.Valid working rights in New Zealand
