We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Project Manager to join our team.Key Requirements:Fluent in English with strong communication skillsWell-organized with excellent attention to detailStrong sense of responsibility and accountabilityProven carpentry experience; LBP (Licensed Building Practitioner) is highly preferredMust have valid New Zealand working rights (citizen or resident)Existing client network and established relationships with subcontractors would be an advantage
Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage construction projects from start to completionCoordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliersEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standardMaintain clear communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
