We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce & Customer Service Specialist to join the iFirst team in Onehunga, Auckland.
This is a multi-tasking role where you will play a hands-on part in executing our ecommerce, digital, and in-store retail and customer service operations.
Location: Onehunga, Auckland
Working Hours: 10 am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
Pay: Minimum wage + commission
Job Description
- Responding to customer email in a timely manner, including both pre-sales and after-sales enquiries
- Answering customer phones calls and greet walk-in customers, assist with product selection and complete sales
- Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, inventory and content across all digital commerce platforms
- Manage and optimize product content on third-party retailer ecommerce sites.
Skills & Experience Required
-A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital, Business or a related field.
-2+ years’ experience in online retail management and customer service.
-Experience managing online product content and working with WooCommerce platforms or retailer portals.
-Good computer skills for online listing management, such as photoshop, video editing
-Strong time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
-Good communication skills and customer-focused attitude
