We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organised Sales Support Personnel to join our team.This role is essential in supporting the sales function by managing customer communication, processing orders, and providing high-quality administrative support. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering excellent service to our customers and sales team.? Key ResponsibilitiesSales SupportAssist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and contractsProcess customer orders accurately and ensure timely fulfilmentProvide product, pricing, and stock information to customers and internal teamsCoordinate with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery of goodsMonitor and follow up on sales enquiries and customer requestsMaintain accurate customer records, order history, and account informationPrepare and update sales reports and performance dataSchedule and coordinate customer meetings and appointments
Customer Relationship ManagementAct as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, complaints, and feedbackResolve issues related to order status, delivery, and product quality, escalating where necessaryEnsure timely and accurate communication with customersBuild and maintain strong, positive customer relationships through consistent follow-up
Administrative SupportPerform data entry, filing, and general administrative dutiesMaintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer informationAssist in preparing marketing materials, product catalogues, and presentationsSupport coordination of sales events, meetings, and trade showsAssist with travel arrangements, expense claims, and meeting preparation
CollaborationWork closely with the sales team to support daily operations and sales activitiesCoordinate with marketing teams on promotional campaignsAssist with new product launches and ensure sales teams are well supported with materials
