Our headquarters in Auckland include a 6,000m² warehouse and a 700m² office, supporting a team of 50 professionals.About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated anddetail-oriented individual to start or further develop their career in CustomsBrokerage.You will support our Import and Export operations byassisting with customs clearance processes, documentation, and compliancerequirements, while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced and supportiveteam environment.
KeyRequirements
1–2 years’ experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or customs (preferred but not essential) Experience with CargoWise would be beneficial Basic understanding of import and export procedures Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organisational and time management skills Ability to follow processes and instructions carefully Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Basic Excel skills and confidence working with data
Responsibilities
Assist with preparation and submission of customs entries Support senior brokers with documentation and compliance checks Monitor shipments and follow up on Customs or MPI holds Maintain accurate records and data entry in CargoWise Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time

• 具备1–2年货运代理、物流或海关相关经验者优先（非必须）
• 有 CargoWise 系统使用经验者优先
• 对进出口操作流程有基本了解
• 具备较强的细心程度与准确性
• 良好的组织能力与时间管理能力
• 能严格按照流程和指示执行工作
• 良好的沟通能力及积极主动的工作态度
• 能在高压及快节奏环境下高效工作
• 具备基础Excel技能，能熟练处理数据岗位职责
• 协助准备并提交报关申报文件
• 支持高级报关员完成单证处理及合规检查
• 跟踪货物状态，并跟进海关或MPI（初级产业部）查验/扣关情况
• 在 CargoWise 系统中维护准确的数据及记录
• 与内部团队及外部相关方进行沟通协调
• 确保所有文件准确无误并按时完成我们在寻找的人才
