工作职责 - 为企业客户提供日常IT技术支持（Help Desk）
- 处理电脑、系统、软件及网络相关问题排查与解决
- 提供IT外包服务，支持不同客户的IT环境
- 协助Microsoft 365的部署、技术支持及用户培训
- 参与云平台（HCI）相关维护与支持工作
- 记录技术文档，提升服务质量与响应效率
任职要求 - 至少3年以上IT Help Desk或相关工作经验
- 具备良好的服务器、虚拟机相关知识及经验
- 具备良好的故障排查和问题解决能力
- 具备基础网络知识（TCP/IP、路由器、交换机等）
- 熟悉Microsoft 365（部署/支持经验优先）
- 具备优秀的英文沟通能力（口语和书面），同等于雅思6.0-6.5水平
- 学习能力强，责任心强
- 持有新西兰全驾照（Full Driver Licence）
- 必须具备新西兰合法工作身份
薪资与福利 - 时薪：$27+/小时（根据经验可谈）

Unicom New Zealand Ltd is a leading ICT serviceprovider, delivering a wide range of IT solutions including IT help deskservices, IT outsourcing, Microsoft 365 solutions (licensing, deployment andtraining), and high-availability HCI-based cloud computing platforms.
We are currently seeking a motivated and capable IT HelpDesk / IT Support Engineer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities - Provide day-to-day IT help desk support to business clients
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Deliver IT outsourcing services across multiple client environments
- Support Microsoft 365 deployment, licensing, and user training
- Assist with cloud infrastructure (HCI platform) and system maintenance
- Maintain documentation and ensure high service standards
Requirements - Minimum 3+ years of relevant IT support / help desk experience
- Proficient in server and virtualization technologies with hands-on experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, networking, and IT systems
- Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, routers, switches, etc.)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (support, deployment or administration) preferred
- Proficient in oral and written English, with competence equivalent to IELTS 6.0–6.5
- Fast learner with strong problem-solving ability
- Full New Zealand driver licence
- Must have legal right to work in New Zealand
