Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day IT help desk support to business clients Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Deliver IT outsourcing services across multiple client environments Support Microsoft 365 deployment, licensing, and user training Assist with cloud infrastructure (HCI platform) and system maintenanceMaintain documentation and ensure high servicestandards Requirements Minimum 3+ years of relevant IT support / help desk experience Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, networking, and IT systems Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, routers, switches, etc.) Experience with Microsoft 365 (support, deployment or administration) preferred Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) Fast learner with strong problem-solving ability Full New Zealand driver licence Must have legal right to work in New Zealand What We Offer Competitive pay: $27+ per hour (based on experience) Stable hours: 35–40 hours per week Exposure to a wide range of enterprise IT environments Opportunity to work with cloud platforms and modern IT technologies Supportive team with strong growth potential ?
