AboutCNSST FoundationCNSST Foundation is a charitabletrust that provides culturally and linguistically appropriate services to Asiannew settlers and the broader community. Our Education Institute (EI) deliversEnglish language training, workplace literacy, and vocational programmes thathelp migrants settle into New Zealand communities and employment.We are looking for a motivated,organised, and learner-focused Programme Coordinator andAdministrator to take operational ownership of our Driver Licence SupportProgramme (DLSP) and to provide administration support for our EducationInstitute.About theRoleThis is ahands-on role where you will be responsible for Driver Licence SupportProgramme and vocational training programme coordination plus generalsupportive admin job for our Education Institute.You willreceive mentoring and professional development to build leadership, budget, andreporting competencies.KeyResponsibilities
Deliver theory workshops for learners, conduct programme inductions and registration, monitor progress
Schedule inductions and registrations, book driving lessons, coordinate instructors, book theory tests as needed
Manage learner referrals from MSD, community agencies, and self-referrals
Maintain and update master database of learner progress, driving costs, and client status
Check, update and maintain all attendance, invoices, weekly report records, invoices, and weekly reports
Assist with compliance reporting, filing, and data entry, cost reconciliation
Provide weekly summary to the Manager, flag issues, and recommend actions
What WeAre Looking ForEssential:
Full NZ Class 1 licence (clean) – mandatory
1-2 years in programme coordination, training delivery, community services, or administration or equivalent experience
Microsoft Office (Excel is a must – formulas, filters, data analysis), strong digital literacy
Able to manage multiple schedules and deadlines
Clear, patient, and professional with learners from diverse backgrounds
· Strong verbaland written communication skills · Ability tomaintain accurate, organised, and audit-ready learner and compliance files
Language abilities: Fluent English and either Mandarin or Cantonese
Desirable:
Vocational training and community working experience
Experience with documentation and compliance reporting
Digital literacy and Experience with excel and Power BI
Any teaching, coaching or training qualification or equivalentexperience

Training towards driver instructor endorsement (if needed)
You will have oversight from an experienced manager, with autonomy to manage day-to-day operations
