Aswe continue to grow in New Zealand, we are looking for a commercially drivenSales Executive to join our team in Māngere, Auckland.
Thisrole is ideal for someone who combines strong business development capabilitywith the discipline to build and manage a sustainable customer portfolio.
You will be based at: Mangere, Auckland 2022Permanent Full Time About the RoleYou will be responsible for driving newbusiness while developing and managing a portfolio of customers. This rolerequires strong sales fundamentals, including pipeline management, customerengagement, and consistent delivery against KPI targets. Job Description- According to the company's strategy andbusiness objectives, Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunitiesacross logistics and e-commerce sectors - Build, manage, and grow a sustainablecustomer portfolio to support long-term revenue growth -Establish and maintain stable cooperativerelationships with key customer decision-makers to understand their supplychain needs and provide tailored solutions- Develop and execute structured salesplans and pipelines to achieve targets - Responsible for the full life-cyclemanagement of customers, including customer development, contract signing,performance review, receivable risk management, etc.- Strengthen core sales capabilities,including pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and account planning -Develop discount and marketing strategiesand carry out promotional campaigns. 制定并执行系统化销售计划,持续推进销售漏斗管理,确保业绩目标达成
负责客户全生命周期管理,包括客户开发、合同签署、业务执行跟进及应收账款风险管理等
强化销售基础能力建设,包括销售管道管理规范、销售预测准确性及客户经营规划能力
参与制定价格策略及市场推广方案,并推动相关营销活动的落地执行
任职要求
具备销售、业务拓展或客户管理相关经验(有物流、供应链或电商行业经验者优先)
具备相关销售经验,如客户开发、销售漏斗管理及成交转化流程
具备客户组合管理能力,能够持续推动客户长期价值增长
结果导向,具备较强的目标感、执行力及抗压能力
具备良好的商务沟通能力及客户关系维护能力
能适应快节奏、目标导向的工作环境
具备中文沟通能力者优先考虑
