Our Ideal Candidate Has roven Experience: Minimum of 2+ years as a medical receptionist or in a similar fast-paced healthcare administrative role.Essential Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required.Master Multi-Tasker: A natural ability to prioritize and handle multiple demands simultaneously without sacrificing quality or patient service.Tech-Savvy Skills: Proficiency with medical office software (EHR/EMR systems) and standard office tools.Exceptional Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a calming and professional demeanor in all three languages.A Heart for Service: A genuine desire to help people and contribute to a positive, supportive healthcare experience for a diverse patient population.Reliability & Discretion: Punctuality, dependability, and a strong commitment to patient confidentiality (HIPAA).
