大型建筑总包公司现招聘QS及Project Administrator 两名。工作时间：周一至周五8.30am-5.00pm，周六看需要，office based。
工作地点：奥克兰西区，Westgate，交通便利。
Responsibilities：
Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.Traveling from the office to various sites as required.Tasksand duties which are reasonable necessary or incidental to the position.
要求有一定工作经验，QS专业或建筑管理专业优先，吃苦耐劳，男女不限。
