We are looking for a full-time Employment Coordinator who can join our Employment & Enterprise Team to:

* Support community driver licensing needs
* Deliver employment preparation trainings
*  
rovide job matching services
* Support recruitment for local businesses
* Strengthen our network and partnerships with local employers.
Key responsibilities:
* Liaising with NZ government agencies.* Contacting/assessing programme participants.*  
roviding advice and support on employment.*  
roviding jobseeker trainings.* Assisting jobseekers with industry certifications.*  
roviding job matching services.*  
rogramme participation case management.* Wide range of administration tasks.* Reaching out to local employers who need recruitment support.* Ensuring compliance with programme requirements.* Migrant community engagements.
Key requirements:
* Experience in education or training preferred.
* Understanding of cultural diversity.
* Multilingual with good English both spoken and written.
* Good proficiency in working with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good at time management and work prioritisation.
* Team player with attention to details.
* Organised and open-minded.
* Able to follow instructions and procedures.
