Key Responsibilities:
Provide a warm and friendly welcome to customers visiting the branch office.
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, live chats, and emails.
Manage and process incoming and outgoing mail.
Prepare and send electronic quotations, invoices, and statements upon request.
Coordinate customer deliveries, pickups, and onsite services.
Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating to management when necessary.
Accurately record, collect, and process customer payments.
Perform daily account reconciliations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office and showroom environment.
Assist with monthly stocktakes as required.
Provide light labor support, such as packing and unpacking IT devices, when needed.
Skills and Experience:
2–3 years of administrative experience.
Knowledge of IT is an advantage and will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (essential, as you will be the face of our business).
Clear, friendly, and professional interpersonal skills.
A strong customer focus and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Confident computer skills, with intermediate proficiency in MS Office.
A quick learner with a proactive and can-do attitude.
Familiarity with social media and enthusiasm for creating and posting marketing content.
Additional Information:
This role requires working on Saturdays (10 am–4 pm).
Candidate must have a valid work visa ready
