About the roleHealthy and Fresh Ltd is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our finance team. This role is suitable for someone who has solid accounting knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work across different departments in a fast-paced business environment.Key responsibilitiesAssist with the development, review, and improvement of the company's financial management and accounting systems.Manage and review daily accounting records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, inventory, GST, payroll, petty cash, and related records.Assist with month-end and year-end reconciliations, including stock, AR, AP, and GL reconciliations.Prepare and review financial reports, cost analysis reports, and other management reports as required.Assist with budgeting, cash flow management, and foreign currency budget planning.Review company expenses, operational costs, and project costs, and provide preliminary financial analysis to management.Analyse product gross profit and prepare GP reports for different product categories.Support KPI reporting and financial data analysis for different departments.Assist with EXO accounting system development, issue reporting, and ERP-related projects.Complete other finance-related tasks and temporary projects assigned by supervisors. About youRelevant accounting, finance, or business qualification.Previous accounting experience is preferred.Good understanding of AP, AR, GST, payroll, reconciliations, and general accounting processes.Strong Excel skills and good attention to detail.Experience with EXO or ERP systems will be an advantage.Good communication skills and ability to work with different departments.Responsible, organised, and able to meet reporting deadlines.Mandarin-speaking ability would be an advantage but is not essential.
