Account Manager -ANZ RegionJoin a leading New Zealand healthcare manufacturing companyWe are a well-established New Zealand manufacturer of complementary healthcare, natural health, and dairy-based nutritional products, supplying customers across Australia and New Zealand.We are looking for a motivated Account Manager- ANZ Region to join our Sales & Marketing team. This role is responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and supporting growth across the ANZ market.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering commercial results.What You Will Be DoingManage and grow existing key customer accounts across the ANZ regionIdentify and develop new business opportunities and marketsPrepare quotations, proposals, and pricing structuresNegotiate sales contracts and commercial agreementsMonitor and report DIFOTIS performance for customer ordersWork closely with R&D, QA, production, and logistics teams to meet customer requirementsCoordinate customer orders and projects through the ERP systemConduct regular customer meetings and maintain strong relationshipsSupport marketing initiatives and attend industry eventsEnsure customer complaints are addressed promptly in collaboration with QAMaintain accurate order, shipping, and traceability records
What We Are Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fieldMinimum 3 years’ experience in sales or account management, ideally in FMCG, nutraceutical, healthcare, or food manufacturingProven ability to manage both small and large customer accountsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsGood time management and project management abilitiesStrong attention to detailWell-organized with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesHigh level of commercial awareness and negotiation skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
