随着业务扩张，我们诚邀一位责任心强、认真细致的会计加入团队。
You will work closely with the Director and Property Management team to ensure full financial compliance and transparency.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing trust accounts for rental income and disbursements
• Daily bank reconciliations and trust account balancing
• Processing rent receipts, owner payments and invoices
• Managing bonds, deposits and tenant ledgers
• Preparing monthly owner statements and financial reports
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Supporting the team with financial and administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is highly trustworthy, precise and accountable.
You will ideally have:
• Accounting Degree is essential
• Proven experience in accounting, property accounting or similar
• Strong knowledge of reconciliations and financial controls
• Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Strong systems and software skills
• Fluent in both Chinese and English speaking is preferable.
• Strong writing skills in business letters and emails is a must.
• Must be self-directed and able to meet deadlines and must be self-motivated and keen to learn.
• "Accuracy and attention to detail" is a must.
• We will also provide on-the-job training if the candidate successfully undertakes the tasks
• NZ Full License preferred
• Experience with property management systems is an advantage, but not essential.
