Project /Site Manager Our company isseeking experienced Site / Project Manager to join our growing team. You will beworking with various contracting trades such as contractor workers,plumbers,carpenters and electricians. You will assure the responsibility ofassisting the construction managers, the architects,surveyors and planners. Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determinethespecifications of the project2. Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reachprofitableagreements3. Prepare, discuss and review construction plans and drawingswithhead contractor’s construction managers and planners.4. Obtain PS and RBW from appropriate contractors andsuppliers, and communicate the information to trades workers.5. Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment andmaterials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.Responsible forcost calculations.6. Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediatephasesto ensure deadlines will be met.7. Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timelyhandle inadequacies.8. Train and supervise sub-contractors and other staff andallocate responsibilities9. Supervise the work of workers, contractors etc. and givethem guidance when needed10. Evaluateprogress and prepare detailed reports11.
