This role will provide you with plenty of variety; not only you will interact with the customers, you will also troubleshoot, update the stock list, and support our Sales team.Your typical week will include a range of duties and responsibilities:Ø Preparing and Dispatching daily ordersØ Freight Booking with local courier companies for both Transport and CourierØ Inventory control and maintaining stock-taking dataØ Dealing with and answering customer queries (phone and email)Ø Generate Invoice and send to customer via emailØ Dealing with walk-in customers and processing urgent orders under pressure.Ø Helping Customers with their orders and tracking consignment status based on customer’s inquiries.Ø Assisting the sales manager with extensive customer interaction The ideal candidate would be a great communicator and a fast learner with excellent computer literacy; be able to think outside the square with a great work ethic, coupled with proven relevant skills and experience; and be willing to go the extra mile to exceed our customer's expectations.You must be well organized and have an eye for detail to ensure the warehouse operation runs smoothly and efficiently.
